RAKOMELO COCKTAILS
Cretan Bull
- 75ml rye whiskey
- 30ml Rakomelo
- 2 dashes bitters
- Build all in a mixing glass overice
- Stir until chilled and then strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with an orange peel.
Cinnamon Cocoa
- Hot chocolate
- 30ml Rakomelo
- Tsp Vanilla Essence
- Toppings as desired
- Line a heat proof mug with caramel syrup for effect
- Make hot chocolate as normal, then add Rakomelo & vanilla essence
- Top with whipped cream, choc chips, mini marshmallows, caramel syrup, cinnamon stick as desired.
Cinnamon Tequila Sour
- 60ml tequila
- 60ml sugar syrup
- 30ml Rakomelo
- 30ml lemon juice
- Egg white or foamer
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Shake twice – once without ice once with ice
- Pour into glass and garnish with cinnamon stick.
Rakomelo Hot Toddy
- 60ml tequila
- 15ml lemon juice
- Honey
- Hot water
- Add all ingredients to heat proof mug and top with boiling water (from kettle)
- Stir well and garnish with cinnamon stick and/or lemon wedge.
Blackberry Rakomelo Fizz
- ½ cup blackberries
- 90ml Rakomelo
- Ginger ale
- Berries for garnish
- Muddle ½ cup blackberries in shaker with a tablespoon of water
- Double strain juice into a glass, and add Rakomelo before topping with ginger ale
- Garnish with berries on a spear.
Rakomelo Aperol Spritz
- 60ml Rakomelo
- 60ml Aperol
- 60ml prosecco
- 60ml soda water
- Build all ingredients in a wine glass over ice and garnish with a blood orange slice.
Cinnamon Coffee Blast
- 60ml Rakomelo
- Cold brew coffee
- Tonic water
- Add all ingredients to your favourite glass with ice, using your desired amounts of cold brew and tonic to tasteÂ
- Garnish with an orange slice.
Cinnamon Eggnog
- 60ml white rum
- 30ml Rakomelo
- 300ml Eggnog
- Cinnamon, cinnamon sugar, cinnamon stick
- Sugar the rim of a glass with cinnamon sugar
- Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice and strain into prepared glasses with new ice
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and add cinnamon sticks for garnish.
Snickerdoodle martini
- 45ml Rakomelo
- 30ml Amaretto
- 60ml vanilla vodka
- 60ml cream
- Cinnamon sugar
- Sugar rim of glass with cinnamon sugar
- To shaker with ice, add all liquid ingredients
- Shake well and strain into prepared glass, garnishing with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
Spice up your Cider
- 45ml Rakomelo
- Apple cider
- Cinnamon sugar
- Cinnamon stick
- Apple slices
- Sugar rim of glass with cinnamon sugar
- Add ice, and add liquid ingredients
- Top with apple cider and garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour
- 45ml Bourbon
- 30ml lemon juice
- 30ml Rakomelo
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- Cinnamon
- To shaker with ice, add all ingredients except the cinnamon
- Strain into glass and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.
Cinnamon Roll
- Rakomelo
- Brown creaming soda
- Mix one part Rakomelo with 3 parts brown creaming soda over ice for a delightful taste!
Warm Rakomelo
- Rakomelo
- Cinnamon stick
- Cloves/star anise
- Honey
- Heat Rakomelo with the cinnamon stick, cloves and honey included to infuse
- Serve in heatproof glasses with a new cinnamon stick as garnish.
TSIPOURO COCKTAILS
Tsipouro Hot Toddy
- 60ml Star Anise Tsipouro
- 15ml lemon juice
- Honey
- Star anise/cloves
- Hot water
- Add all ingredients to heat proof mug and top with boiling water (from kettle)
- Stir well and garnish with cinnamon stick and cloves.
Tsipouro Old Fashioned
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 75ml Tsipouro Platinum
- 2 dashes bitters
- Orange rind
- Add ingredients to glass
- Add ice and stir slowly
- Garnish with orange rind.
Basil & Honey Tsipouro
- 60ml Tsipouro Platinum 500
- 30ml honey syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- Basil leaves (bunch)
- Chilli pepper
- Add basil leaves to glass with lemon juice and honey syrup and muddle
- Double strain into shaker and add Tsipouro before shaking well
- Strain into glass and garnish with basil leaves and chilli pepper
Eos
- 60ml Aged Tsipouro
- 15ml vanilla syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- Dash bitters
- Egg white/foamer
- Add all ingredients to shaker and shake twice – once without ice and once with
- Strain over crushed ice in glass and garnish as desired.
Tsipouro Sour
- 60ml Star Anise Tsipouro
- 15ml Falernum liqueur
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes bitters
- Egg white/foamer
- Add all ingredients to shaker and shake twice – once without ice and once with
- Strain into glass and garnish as desired.
Rose Tsipouro
- 45ml Tsipouro Platinum
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml rose liqueur
- Lime wedge/wheel
- Add all ingredients to glass with crushed ice and stir
- Garnish with lime wedge or wheel.
Tsipouro Lime & Soda
- 45ml Aged Tsipouro
- Soda water
- Lime juice
- Lime wheel
- To a glass with ice, add Aged Tsipouro and dash of lime juice, then top with soda water
- Garnish with lime wheel.
The Graces
- 60ml Tsipouro Platinum 500
- 30ml orange juice
- 30ml Cointreau
- 15ml lemon juice
- Red pepper
- Rosé wine
- Add all ingredients but the rosé into a shaker with ice and shake well
- Strain into a glass and add a splash of the rosé wine
- Garnish with edible flowers or petals.
Greek Mimosa
- 30ml Tsipouro Platinum

- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Sparkling rosé wine
- Add all ingredients but the rosé into a shaker with ice and shake well
- Strain into champagne flute and top with sparkling rosé.

Ou7o Lemonade
- 30ml Ou7o
- 120ml sparkling mineral water or soda water
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- Mint leaves
- Thoroughly squeeze the lemon juice into a mixing glass, and add the ou7o before stirring
- Pour into a highball glass with ice and top with mineral/soda water to taste
- Garnish with some sprigs of mint and enjoy!
Orange Blossom
- 60ml vodka
- 30ml Ou7o
- ½ cup orange juice
- 30ml grenadine
- ¼ cup soda water
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add some orange slices and mint leaves throughout
- Add all ingredients, leaving the grenadine to last
- Just before adding grenadine, give it a good mix and then watch the colours mix!

- 15ml lemon juice

- Peach iced tea
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add ingredients, topping with the peach iced tea
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice/wedge.
Elderflower & Mandarin Cocktail
- 45ml Elderflower & Chamomile Gin
- 60ml mandarin juice
- 30ml pomegranate juice
- Combine all ingredients in glass with ice, and garnish with mandarin slices.
Blood Orange Elderflower Gin Cocktail
- 45ml Elderflower & Chamomile Gin
- 15ml lime juice
- 75ml Ginger ale
- 30ml blood orange juice
- To glass with ice, add gin, lime juice and ginger ale then slowly pour in the blood orange juice
- Garnish with blood orange slices.

- Soda wate
- Place 2 slices of ginger root into a shaker and muddle with the sugar syrup

- 90ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
- 30ml triple sec
- 45ml lime juice
- 30ml sugar syrup
- Sugar rim of glass
- To shaker with ice, add all ingredients and strain into prepared glass

Gin Rickey
- 120ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
- 60ml lime juice
- Soda water
- Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice and strain into highball glass with ice
- Top with soda water and garnish with lime wheel.
Slick Rick
- 60ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
- 30ml lime juice
- 15ml grape juice
- Grape juice ice cubes
- Sparkling water
- Pre-prepare grape juice ice cubes
- To shaker, add gin, lime juice and grape juice
- Shake with normal ice and strain into glass with prepared grape juice ice cubes
- Top with sparkling water.
Aperol Gin Spritz
- 30ml Aperol
- 90ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
- 30ml lime juice
- 30ml sugar syrup
- Cucumber
- Muddle 2 slices of cucumber in the bottom of a shaker and add aperol, gin, lime juice and sugar syrup
- Shake vigorously with ice and strain into 2 glasses
- Top with soda water and garnish with lime wheel.
The Sugar Plum
- 45ml Orange & Pomegranate Gin
- 60ml grapefruit juice
- 30ml pomegranate juice
- 30ml sugar syrup
- Build all ingredients in glass with ice and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Blood Orange Gin Fizz
- 45ml Orange & Pomegranate Gin
- 60ml blood orange juice
- 15ml blood orange sugar syrup
- 15ml Aperol
- 2 dashes bitters
- Soda water
- Add all ingredients except soda water to mixing glass with ice and stir to combine
- Strain into fresh glass with ice and top with soda
- Garnish with blood orange slice and mint.

Cranberry Gin Fizz
- 60ml Orange & Pomegranate Gin
- 60ml cranberry juice

- To shaker, add all ingredients (except ginger beer or ginger ale)
- Shake once without ice and once with ice
- Strain into glasses and top with ginger beer or ginger ale
- Garnish with orange slice
Orange Cranberry Gin & Juice
- 60ml Orange & Pomegranate Gin
- 60ml orange juice
- 30ml cranberry juice
- To shaker with ice, add gin and orange juice
- To glass with ice, add cranberry juice and then slowly
strain over the orange juice and gin mixture - Add garnishes of choice – fresh cranberries, orange wheels, mint/rosemary.
Cucumber Gin Spritz
- 60ml Shades of Purple Gin
- Tonic water
- Cucumber slices & chunks
- Basil
- Mint
- Peel cucumber slices and press them to the inside of a dry rocks glass
- To a separate glass, add purple gin, 3-4 chunks of
cucumber, as well as basil and mint leaves - Muddle well and strain into prepared glass
- Add ice and top with tonic
water
French 75
- 45ml Shades of Purple Gin
- 30ml Honey syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
- Champagne/sparkling wine
- To a shaker with ice, add gin, syrup and lemon juice
- Shake and strain into champagne flute
- Top with champagne or sparkling wine and garnish.
Gin mojito
- 30ml Shades of Purple Gin
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- Soda water
- Blueberries & mint
- Muddle blueberries and mint in a glass
- Fill with ice and add gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice
- Shake and strain into highball glass and top with soda water
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves.

- 90ml pineapple juice
- 30ml lime juice
- 60ml tonic water
- 45ml Shades of Purple Gin
- Blackberries
- Honey
- Muddle fresh or frozen blackberries with honey in a rocks glass and add ice
- Pour over pineapple juice, lime juice, and tonic water
- Float purple gin on top
- Garnish with blackberries on a spear.
Gin Sidecar
- 45ml Shades of Purple Gin
- 20ml Cointreau
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well
- Strain into sugar rimmed glass and garnish with lemon twist.
Pear & Rosemary Gin Cocktail
- 30ml pear-rosemary sugar syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
- 75ml Shades of Purple Gin
- Ginger beer or ginger ale
- To glass with ice, add all ingredients except ginger beer
or ginger ale and stir - Top with ginger beer or ginger ale
- Garnish with rosemary sprig.
Gin Sangria
- ¾ cup Shades of Purple Gin
- ¼ cup brandy
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup black tea
- 1 cup soda water
- 60ml 1946 Rakomelo
- 1 bottle dry white or sparkling wine
- Combine all ingredients in pitcher with ice and add
cinnamon sticks, apple slices, pear slices, and orange slices - Serve in individual glasses with ice and some garnishes.
Hat Trick
- 15ml lemon juice
- 60ml pineapple juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 60ml London Dry Gin
- 15ml cherry juice
- To a highball glass with ice, add all ingredients but the
cherry juice - Float the cherry juice on top and garnish with a dried pineapple wheel or fresh wedge.
Cranberry Gin Christmas
- 60ml London Dry Gin
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- ¼ cup cranberry juice
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well
- Serve over ice with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary
Gin Apple Pie
- 60ml London Dry Gin
- 75ml apple cider
- 30ml Rakomelo
- Cinnamon sugar
- Cinnamon stick
- Sugar rim of rocks glass with cinnamon sugar
- To shaker with ice, add all liquid ingredients and shake
well - Add large ice cubes to rocks glasses and strain liquid over
- Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Mediterranean Gimlet
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 60ml London Dry Gin
- 20ml lime juice
- Cucumber
- Coriander
- Muddle a handful of cucumber chunks and a handful of coriander with the sugar syrup in the bottom of a shaker
- Add ice and add gin & lime juice
- Shake until well chilled, then strain into glass
- Garnish with cucumber slice and some black pepper grinds.
Agean Negroni
- 30ml Italicus
- 30ml white vermouth
- 30ml London Dry Gin
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled
- Strain into rocks glass and garnish with a lime leaf.
Gin & Bitter Lemon
- 60ml London Dry Gin
- 30ml Bickfords bitter lemon
- Soda water
- To highball glass with ice, add gin and bitter lemon before topping with soda water
- Garnish with your favourite dried citrus.
Nutmeg Sour
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml almond syrup
- 10ml Amaro
- 15ml Falernum
- 10ml triple sec
- 60ml London Dry Gin
- Egg white/foamer
- Add all ingredients to shaker and shake once without ice, then once with ice
