RAKOMELO COCKTAILS

Cretan Bull

  • 75ml rye whiskey
  • 30ml Rakomelo
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Build all in a mixing glass overice
  • Stir until chilled and then strain into a cocktail glass
  • Garnish with an orange peel.

Cinnamon Cocoa

  • Hot chocolate
  • 30ml Rakomelo
  • Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Toppings as desired
  • Line a heat proof mug with caramel syrup for effect
  • Make hot chocolate as normal, then add Rakomelo & vanilla essence
  • Top with whipped cream, choc chips, mini marshmallows, caramel syrup, cinnamon stick as desired.

Cinnamon Tequila Sour

  • 60ml tequila
  • 60ml sugar syrup
  • 30ml Rakomelo
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • Egg white or foamer
  • Add all ingredients to shaker
  • Shake twice – once without ice once with ice
  • Pour into glass and garnish with cinnamon stick.

Rakomelo Hot Toddy

  • 60ml tequila
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Hot water
  • Add all ingredients to heat proof mug and top with boiling water (from kettle)
  • Stir well and garnish with cinnamon stick and/or lemon wedge.

Blackberry Rakomelo Fizz

  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 90ml Rakomelo
  • Ginger ale
  • Berries for garnish
  • Muddle ½ cup blackberries in shaker with a tablespoon of water
  • Double strain juice into a glass, and add Rakomelo before topping with ginger ale
  • Garnish with berries on a spear.

Rakomelo Aperol Spritz

  • 60ml Rakomelo
  • 60ml Aperol
  • 60ml prosecco
  • 60ml soda water
  • Build all ingredients in a wine glass over ice and garnish with a blood orange slice.

Cinnamon Coffee Blast

  • 60ml Rakomelo
  • Cold brew coffee
  • Tonic water
  • Add all ingredients to your favourite glass with ice, using your desired amounts of cold brew and tonic to taste 
  • Garnish with an orange slice.

Cinnamon Eggnog

  • 60ml white rum
  • 30ml Rakomelo
  • 300ml Eggnog
  • Cinnamon, cinnamon sugar, cinnamon stick
  • Sugar the rim of a glass with cinnamon sugar
  • Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice and strain into prepared glasses with new ice
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and add cinnamon sticks for garnish.

Snickerdoodle martini

  • 45ml Rakomelo
  • 30ml Amaretto
  • 60ml vanilla vodka
  • 60ml cream
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Sugar rim of glass with cinnamon sugar
  • To shaker with ice, add all liquid ingredients
  • Shake well and strain into prepared glass, garnishing with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

Spice up your Cider

  • 45ml Rakomelo
  • Apple cider
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Apple slices
  • Sugar rim of glass with cinnamon sugar
  • Add ice, and add liquid ingredients
  • Top with apple cider and garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour

  • 45ml Bourbon
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 30ml Rakomelo
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • To shaker with ice, add all ingredients except the cinnamon
  • Strain into glass and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.

Cinnamon Roll

  • Rakomelo
  • Brown creaming soda
  • Mix one part Rakomelo with 3 parts brown creaming soda over ice for a delightful taste!

Warm Rakomelo

  • Rakomelo
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Cloves/star anise
  • Honey
  • Heat Rakomelo with the cinnamon stick, cloves and honey included to infuse
  • Serve in heatproof glasses with a new cinnamon stick as garnish.

TSIPOURO COCKTAILS

Tsipouro Hot Toddy

  • 60ml Star Anise Tsipouro
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Star anise/cloves
  • Hot water
  • Add all ingredients to heat proof mug and top with boiling water (from kettle)
  • Stir well and garnish with cinnamon stick and cloves.

Tsipouro Old Fashioned

  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 75ml Tsipouro Platinum
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Orange rind
  • Add ingredients to glass
  • Add ice and stir slowly
  • Garnish with orange rind.

Basil & Honey Tsipouro

  • 60ml Tsipouro Platinum 500
  • 30ml honey syrup
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Basil leaves (bunch)
  • Chilli pepper
  • Add basil leaves to glass with lemon juice and honey syrup and muddle
  • Double strain into shaker and add Tsipouro before shaking well
  • Strain into glass and garnish with basil leaves and chilli pepper

Eos

  • 60ml Aged Tsipouro
  • 15ml vanilla syrup
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Dash bitters
  • Egg white/foamer
  • Add all ingredients to shaker and shake twice – once without ice and once with
  • Strain over crushed ice in glass and garnish as desired.

Tsipouro Sour

  • 60ml Star Anise Tsipouro
  • 15ml Falernum liqueur
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Egg white/foamer
  • Add all ingredients to shaker and shake twice – once without ice and once with
  • Strain into glass and garnish as desired.

Rose Tsipouro

  • 45ml Tsipouro Platinum
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml rose liqueur
  • Lime wedge/wheel
  • Add all ingredients to glass with crushed ice and stir
  • Garnish with lime wedge or wheel.

Tsipouro Lime & Soda

  • 45ml Aged Tsipouro
  • Soda water
  • Lime juice
  • Lime wheel
  • To a glass with ice, add Aged Tsipouro and dash of lime juice, then top with soda water
  • Garnish with lime wheel.

The Graces

  • 60ml Tsipouro Platinum 500
  • 30ml orange juice
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Red pepper
  • Rosé wine
  • Add all ingredients but the rosé into a shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into a glass and add a splash of the rosé wine
  • Garnish with edible flowers or petals.

Greek Mimosa

  • 30ml Tsipouro Platinum
  • 30ml Rakomelo
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Sparkling rosé wine
  • Add all ingredients but the rosé into a shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into champagne flute and top with sparkling rosé.

KAFE LA’BOMBA COCKTAILS

Espresso Martini

  • 30ml Kafe La Bomba
  • 30ml Kahlua
  • 30ml vodka
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Shot of espresso
  • Add all to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain and garnish with a few coffee beans.

Scarface

  • 30ml milk of choice
  • 30ml cream
  • 30ml Baileys
  • 30ml Kafe La Bomba
  • 30ml vodka
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into rocks glass and garnish with coffee beans or ground coffee

The Flying Greek

  • 30ml absinthe
  • 30ml Kafe La Bomba
  • Shot of espresso
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into chilled glass and garnish with coffee beans.

Coffee Negroni

  • 30ml Kafe La Bomba
  • 30ml Campari
  • Orange wedge
  • Combine ingredients in glass with ice and stir
  • Garnish with orange wedge

The Cold Greek

  • 30ml Kahlua
  • 30ml vodka
  • 30ml Kafe La Bomba
  • 2 shots cold brew
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake to chill
  • Strain into glass and garnish as desired.

Silver Bullet

  • 15ml Kafe La’Bomba
  • 15ml Tequila
  • Lemon
  • Add Kafe La’Bomba to shot glass, add a small piece of lemon and layer tequila over the top
  • Shot and enjoy

Avalanche

  • 20ml Kafe La’Bomba
  • 15ml white curacao
  • 15ml Southern Comfort
  • To a large shot glass (or small glass), add Kafe La’Bomba and layer white curacao and Southern Comfort over the top
  • Shot and enjoy!

Mocha Martini

  • 60ml vodka
  • 30ml Kafe La’Bomba
  • 15ml chocolate liqueur
  • 15ml espresso
  • 30ml cold hot chocolate
  • Combine ingredients in shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with ground coffee or chocolate sticks.

Mocha Express

  • 30ml vodka
  • 30ml Baileys
  • 15ml Kahlua

  • Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice and strain into chilled glass
  • Garnish with coffee beans.

Gin Espresso Martini

  • 30ml 1946 London Dry Gin
  • 30ml espresso
  • 30ml Kafe La’Bomba
  • 30ml chocolate sugar syrup
  • Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice and strain into chilled martini glass
  • Garnish with either coffee beans or chocolate sticks.

OU7O COCKTAILS

The Greek Doctor

  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 30ml vodka
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Orange juice
  • Add ou7o, vodka and lemon juice to glass with ice
  • Top with orange juice and garnish with dried or fresh orange slice

SpICED latte

  • 45ml Ou7o
  • 15ml 1946 Rakomelo
  • 5 shots cold brew
  • Milk of choice
  • To glass with ice, add ingredients
  • Garnish with cinnamon stick and serve with straw.

Sex on the Greek Beach

  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 15ml Amaretto
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 30ml Coconut cream
  • 60ml orange juice
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with lemon or orange slice.

Dude’s Delight

  • 30ml vodka
  • 45ml Ou7o
  • 30ml Kahlua
  • 30ml milk of choice
  • Shot of espresso
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into glass and garnish with light dusting of cocoa powder.

Ou7o Sazerac

  • 45ml Ou7o
  • 30ml Rye whiskey
  • Sugar cube
  • Lemon twist
  • Bitters
  • Swirl the ouzo around the glass to add the flavour
  • Pour in the rye whiskey
  • Add a sugar cube soaked in bitters
  • Garnish with lemon twist

Santorini

  • 60ml vermouth
  • 30ml scotch whiskey
  • 15ml Ou7o
  • Orange rind
  • Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir to chill
  • Strain into new glass with large ice cube and garnish with orange rind.

Greek Tragedy

  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 15ml vermouth
  • 15ml Chambord
  • 15ml lime juice
  • To shaker with ice, add all ingredients
  • Shake well and strain into glass
  • Garnish with raspberry wrapped in lime rind on a spear.

Ouzi shots

  • 30ml vodka
  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and strain into two shot glasses.

The Bold Greek

  • 30ml fennel syrup
  • 60ml Ou7o
  • 30ml 1946 Kafe La’Bomba
  • Cold brew coffee
  • Add all ingredients to glass with ice except cold brew
  • Stir well, then top with cold brew and garnish with an orange slice.

Ou7o Twist

  • 45ml Ou7o
  • 60ml orange juice
  • 30ml lime juice
  • To shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake well
  • Strain into glass and garnish with orange wheel.

Pink Grapefruit

  • 45ml Ou7o
  • 60ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 30ml 1946 Rakomelo
  • Egg white/foamer
  • Orange zest
  • Add all ingredients to shaker without ice and shake well. Add ice and shake again
  • Strain into glass and garnish with sprig of thyme.

Anaïs Nin

  • 30ml banana liqueur
  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 30ml cream
  • 90ml cold brew coffee
  • Whipped cream
  • Add all ingredients except whipped cream to shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into glass and top with whipped cream & coffee beans.

Ouz-hattan

  • 45ml whiskey
  • 15ml vermouth
  • 15ml Ou7o
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • In glass with ice, add all ingredients and stir slowly
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry

Pine-Ou7o shots

  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 15ml pineapple juice
  • Dash lemon juice
  • Grenadine
  • To shaker with ice, add all ingredients except grenadine
  • Shake well and strain into shot glass, dropping in a drop of grenadine for effect.

The Tourist

  • 15ml Ou7o
  • 45ml passionfruit liqueur
  • 90ml grapefruit juice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • To shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake well
  • Strain into glass and garnish with edible flowers or petals.

Ou7o Lemonade

  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 120ml sparkling mineral water or soda water
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • Mint leaves
  • Thoroughly squeeze the lemon juice into a mixing glass, and add the ou7o before stirring
  • Pour into a highball glass with ice and top with mineral/soda water to taste
  • Garnish with some sprigs of mint and enjoy!

Orange Blossom

  • 60ml vodka
  • 30ml Ou7o
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 30ml grenadine
  • ¼ cup soda water
  • Fill a highball glass with ice and add some orange slices and mint leaves throughout
  • Add all ingredients, leaving the grenadine to last
  • Just before adding grenadine, give it a good mix and then watch the colours mix!

Roger That!

  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 15ml Campari
  • 2 tsp orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Cerberus Ouzo & Orange
  • Add all ingredients but Cerberus to shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into glass rimmed with sugar and top with Cerberus Orange
  • Garnish with orange rind/wheel

8 Iron

  • Ou7o
  • Banana liqueur
  • Blue curacao
  • Mix equal parts ou7o, banana liqueur and blue curacao in shaker with ice and strain into shot glasses
  • Shot and enjoy!

Cherry Twist

  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 30ml Vodka
  • 60ml cherry juice
  • Add all ingredients to glass with ice and stir
  • Garnish with maraschino cherry

Fairy Godmother

  • 45ml Ou7o
  • 30ml elderflower liqueur
  • 60ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml lemon or lime juice
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well

  • 45ml vodka

  • Muddle a handful of blueberries and sugar syrup with sugar cube and double strain into shaker with ice
  • Add other ingredients except ginger ale and shake well

  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 60ml pineapple juice
  • Champagne
  • Add all ingredients except champagne to shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into glass and top with champagne

Ou7o Tonic

  • 60ml Ou7o
  • 30ml Limoncello
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Build all ingredients in glass with ice and stir
  • Top with tonic water and dried or fresh lemon slice.

Tropical Dream

  • 30ml Ou7o
  • 15ml white rum
  • 15ml banana rum or banana
  • liqueur
  • 15ml blue curacao
  • Stir all ingredients in glass with ice and garnish with a twist of orange.

Ou7o Slushie

  • 90ml Ou7o
  • Handful of honeydew melon
  • chunks
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice
  • Blend all ingredients together and pour into glass
  • Garnish with mint and enjoy!

GIN COCKTAILS

Gin Peach Tea

  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml Elderflower & Chamomile
  • Gin
  • Peach iced tea
  • Fill a highball glass with ice and add ingredients, topping with the peach iced tea
  • Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice/wedge.

Elderflower & Mandarin Cocktail

  • 45ml Elderflower & Chamomile Gin
  • 60ml mandarin juice
  • 30ml pomegranate juice
  • Combine all ingredients in glass with ice, and garnish with mandarin slices.

Blood Orange Elderflower Gin Cocktail

  • 45ml Elderflower & Chamomile Gin
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 75ml Ginger ale
  • 30ml blood orange juice
  • To glass with ice, add gin, lime juice and ginger ale then slowly pour in the blood orange juice
  • Garnish with blood orange slices.

Gin Mule

  • Ginger root
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 30ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
  • Soda wate
  • Place 2 slices of ginger root into a shaker and muddle with the sugar syrup
  • Add lemon juice and gin and shake with ice
  • Double strain into highball glass with ice and top with soda water
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.

Lemongrass Gimlet

  • 60ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
  • 30ml Lime juice
  • 30ml honey syrup
  • Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass
  • Garnish with lime wheel.

Limedrop Martini

  • 90ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
  • 30ml triple sec
  • 45ml lime juice
  • 30ml sugar syrup
  • Sugar rim of glass
  • To shaker with ice, add all ingredients and strain into prepared glass
  • Garnish with lime twist or
    wheel.

Gin Rickey

  • 120ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
  • 60ml lime juice
  • Soda water
  • Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice and strain into highball glass with ice
  • Top with soda water and garnish with lime wheel.

Slick Rick

  • 60ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 15ml grape juice
  • Grape juice ice cubes
  • Sparkling water
  • Pre-prepare grape juice ice cubes
  • To shaker, add gin, lime juice and grape juice
  • Shake with normal ice and strain into glass with prepared grape juice ice cubes
  • Top with sparkling water.

Aperol Gin Spritz

  • 30ml Aperol
  • 90ml Lemongrass & Juniper Gin
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 30ml sugar syrup
  • Cucumber
  • Muddle 2 slices of cucumber in the bottom of a shaker and add aperol, gin, lime juice and sugar syrup
  • Shake vigorously with ice and strain into 2 glasses
  • Top with soda water and garnish with lime wheel.

The Sugar Plum

  • 45ml Orange & Pomegranate Gin
  • 60ml grapefruit juice
  • 30ml pomegranate juice
  • 30ml sugar syrup
  • Build all ingredients in glass with ice and garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Blood Orange Gin Fizz

  • 45ml Orange & Pomegranate Gin
  • 60ml blood orange juice
  • 15ml blood orange sugar syrup
  • 15ml Aperol
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Soda water
  • Add all ingredients except soda water to mixing glass with ice and stir to combine
  • Strain into fresh glass with ice and top with soda
  • Garnish with blood orange slice and mint.

Gin Hot Toddy

  • 60ml Orange & Pomegranate Gin
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Hot water
  • Add all ingredients to heat proof mug and top with boiling water (from kettle)
  • Stir well and garnish with cinnamon stick and orange slice.

Cranberry Gin Fizz

  • 60ml Orange & Pomegranate Gin
  • 60ml cranberry juice
  • Egg white/foamer
  • 15ml lime juice
  • Ginger beer or ginger ale
  • To shaker, add all ingredients (except ginger beer or ginger ale)
  • Shake once without ice and once with ice
  • Strain into glasses and top with ginger beer or ginger ale
  • Garnish with orange slice

Orange Cranberry Gin & Juice

  • 60ml Orange & Pomegranate Gin
  • 60ml orange juice
  • 30ml cranberry juice
  • To shaker with ice, add gin and orange juice
  • To glass with ice, add cranberry juice and then slowly
    strain over the orange juice and gin mixture
  • Add garnishes of choice – fresh cranberries, orange wheels, mint/rosemary.

Cucumber Gin Spritz

  • 60ml Shades of Purple Gin
  • Tonic water
  • Cucumber slices & chunks
  • Basil
  • Mint
  • Peel cucumber slices and press them to the inside of a dry rocks glass
  • To a separate glass, add purple gin, 3-4 chunks of
    cucumber, as well as basil and mint leaves
  • Muddle well and strain into prepared glass
  • Add ice and top with tonic
    water

French 75

  • 45ml Shades of Purple Gin
  • 30ml Honey syrup
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • Champagne/sparkling wine
  • To a shaker with ice, add gin, syrup and lemon juice
  • Shake and strain into champagne flute
  • Top with champagne or sparkling wine and garnish.

Gin mojito

  • 30ml Shades of Purple Gin
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • Blueberries & mint
  • Muddle blueberries and mint in a glass
  • Fill with ice and add gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice
  • Shake and strain into highball glass and top with soda water
  • Garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves.

The Empress

  • 90ml pineapple juice
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 60ml tonic water
  • 45ml Shades of Purple Gin
  • Blackberries
  • Honey
  • Muddle fresh or frozen blackberries with honey in a rocks glass and add ice
  • Pour over pineapple juice, lime juice, and tonic water
  • Float purple gin on top
  • Garnish with blackberries on a spear.

Gin Sidecar

  • 45ml Shades of Purple Gin
  • 20ml Cointreau
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into sugar rimmed glass and garnish with lemon twist.

Pear & Rosemary Gin Cocktail

  • 30ml pear-rosemary sugar syrup
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 75ml Shades of Purple Gin
  • Ginger beer or ginger ale
  • To glass with ice, add all ingredients except ginger beer
    or ginger ale and stir
  • Top with ginger beer or ginger ale
  • Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Gin Sangria

  • ¾ cup Shades of Purple Gin
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup black tea
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 60ml 1946 Rakomelo
  • 1 bottle dry white or sparkling wine
  • Combine all ingredients in pitcher with ice and add
    cinnamon sticks, apple slices, pear slices, and orange slices
  • Serve in individual glasses with ice and some garnishes.

Hat Trick

  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 60ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml London Dry Gin
  • 15ml cherry juice
  • To a highball glass with ice, add all ingredients but the
    cherry juice
  • Float the cherry juice on top and garnish with a dried pineapple wheel or fresh wedge.

Cranberry Gin Christmas

  • 60ml London Dry Gin
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup cranberry juice
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well
  • Serve over ice with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary

Gin Apple Pie

  • 60ml London Dry Gin
  • 75ml apple cider
  • 30ml Rakomelo
  • Cinnamon sugar

  • To shaker with ice, add all liquid ingredients and shake
    well
  • Add large ice cubes to rocks glasses and strain liquid over

Mediterranean Gimlet

  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml London Dry Gin
  • 20ml lime juice
  • Cucumber
  • Coriander
  • Muddle a handful of cucumber chunks and a handful of coriander with the sugar syrup in the bottom of a shaker
  • Add ice and add gin & lime juice
  • Shake until well chilled, then strain into glass
  • Garnish with cucumber slice and some black pepper grinds.

Agean Negroni

  • 30ml Italicus
  • 30ml white vermouth
  • 30ml London Dry Gin
  • Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled
  • Strain into rocks glass and garnish with a lime leaf.

Gin & Bitter Lemon

  • 60ml London Dry Gin
  • 30ml Bickfords bitter lemon
  • Soda water
  • To highball glass with ice, add gin and bitter lemon before topping with soda water
  • Garnish with your favourite dried citrus.

Nutmeg Sour

  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml almond syrup
  • 10ml Amaro
  • 15ml Falernum
  • 10ml triple sec
  • 60ml London Dry Gin
  • Egg white/foamer
  • Add all ingredients to shaker and shake once without ice, then once with ice
  • Strain into rocks glass and garnish with ground nutmeg and dried pineapple.

Appletini

  • 15ml London Dry Gin
  • 30ml vermouth
  • 45ml green apple liqueur
  • Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass
  • Garnish with fresh or dried apple.

Campari Shakerato

  • 30ml orange juice
  • 60ml Campari
  • 15ml London Dry Gin
  • Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass
  • Garnish with dried orange.

Boston Tea

  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 20ml triple sec
  • 30ml 1946 Kafe La’Bomba
  • 20ml vodka
  • 30ml London Dry Gin
  • 20ml tequila
  • 20ml white rum
  • Cola
  • To a highball glass with ice, add all ingredients, topping with the cola
  • Stir gently and add lemon slice to garnish.

Here’s to you, Bond

  • 90ml London Dry Gin
  • 30ml vodka
  • 15ml 1946 Ou7o
  • Combine the ingredients with ice and stir
  • Strain into chilled glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Frosted Shimmer

  • 90ml London Dry Gin
  • 15ml dry vermouth
  • ¼ tsp rosemary syrup
  • White luster dust
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into glass and garnish with sprig of rosemary.

Cranberry Gimlet

  • 60ml London Dry Gin
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 15ml cranberry syrup
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into glass and garnish with cranberries and lime wedge.

Apple Cider Cocktail

  • 120ml London Dry Gin
  • 120ml apple cider
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 60ml honey syrup
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well
  • Fill glasses with ice and apples cut into matchsticks
  • Strain cocktail over glasses (2) and garnish with cinnamon stick
  • Optional: sugar rim of glasses

Breakfast Martini

  • 45ml London Dry Gin
  • 15ml triple sec
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp marmalade
  • Shake all ingredients well with ice and double strain into
    glass
  • Garnish with an orange twist.
