Tsipouro Australia is Greek for “Pomace Brandy”. However, in our case, this is a misnomer. You see, pomace, means the skins, leaves, and twigs from a grapevine. We don’t use those. We instead use only the soft-pressed pure grape juice, which we then lovingly distill twice, for ultimate smoothness.

As a result, only delicate, lightly aromatic flavors are the character of this traditional Greek-style brandy. No aniseed flavor (like our Ouzo or our Tsipouro Australia with Aniseed), our Tsipouro Australia, so perfectly made, thus becomes the basis for our other unrivaled liquor masterpieces.
