Rather like our Traditional Tsipouro, Tsipouro in Greek means “Pomace Brandy”. However, in our case, this is a misnomer! You see, pomace, means the skins, leaves and twigs from a grapevine.

We instead use only the soft-pressed pure grape juice, which we then lovingly distill twice, for ultimate smoothness.

This sensational spirit is then infused with just Star Anise, which simply compliments the delicate yet complex flavours of our traditional tsipouro, to create a truly Mediterranean experience.

Similar but drier than our Ouzo; however it’s lovely to enjoy in much the same way. Enjoy straight, on ice…or if you must, mix with Cola!
